hi guys um we just wanted to hop on just for a few minutes and you know we were just sitting here talking and we've realized that where each of us are getting very similar questions from friends and from some of our clients and we just kind of wanted to just share our heart today on and my night we first and foremost you know because we are all stylists are the integrity of the relationships that we have with our clients is very important to us and we would we want I guess we want to share just the different avenues that each of us took to come to our decision to become a part of the MA night company and it looks different like it looks different from all of us you know everybody kind of gets to their destination a different way so um Julie I'm gonna go to you first um what hesitation did you have before jumping in with ma night okay well I started using the first day or the first thing that made me once you start using it was watching an educator that started using ma Nate and so that's how I was even really introduced to it and when I looked into it I found out that it is a direct sales company and I have never been a part of any direct sales before or any ml multi-level marketing so I was really hesitant and it started really looking into the company and what I found was all positive feedback and just found more reasons why I wanted to be a part of this company and one of the things that I am really passionate about is helping other people and this opportunity has given me the ability to help women not only feel better about themselves by regaining more hair or their hair looking shinier more manageable it's backing up my work but that I'm able to help my fellow France another stylist and other people that don't do hair bring some extra income into their family and it has that is just I've said the other night it's my jam it is totally my jam to help people and it has just been it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life so Sheila how did your morning money journey get started well mine was a little bit different I had numerous people coming to me asking me if I was gonna have it if I was gonna carrying it and I looked into it thought about it and it was basically a win-win it was a wonderful product I already was seen before and after results from people that I knew I honestly wasn't scared of direct marketing like so many people say Oh direct marketing I know so many people who are already so successful so many so I thought you know I had been interested for quite a while to adding something to my salon I have so many clients that I teach how to use products and they go buy it elsewhere so I'm now only using money because I love it and I'm already getting to see the results from my clients if I've been in for this amount of time and I'm so thankful that I did I'm so thankful that I did and I love sharing the opportunity with others it's it's my passion I'm a jam but when they all want to reiterate on that is that I you know after all of us have been doing here for we have that all of us combined we have over a hundred years of experience behind this years so we really have we really care about all of our customers and I knew I wanted to start using this product on myself because it was crazy amazing and I have been true to a particular product my entire career and I thought I want to use this for myself how can I afford to use it on my customers thinking it was going to cost me more money and so i just decided though I care about my customers enough that I wanted to use the very best on them regardless of what it was gonna cost me and only to find out that I'm saving money on my back bar area because it's so concentrated and I just it just makes all of us I think feel really good that we are giving our customers the best that's out there so well and I just to add to that you know I the products I used before which I was exclusive to a particular line also and I used it because I thought it was the best I had done research I had a lot of training over this line and I used it I chose that for my customers because I thought it was the best so of course my wife you know dig in to the really dig into the research and the products whenever I see that there is something better of course I'm gonna switch because that it those results mean something to me and they mean something to the person that's in my chair Sarah absolutely and I thought money skeptic at first and tell me what changed your mind I am just a skeptic really like over all about products and I I need to know myself I need I'm going to try it myself I want to you know just like when I go shopping I want to try it on myself I don't know I'm not gonna take someone's word for it that it's amazing or that it feels good or whatever so I was definitely willing to be shampooed for the first time by Miss Julie and that's all it took really for me to see that it was different that my hair felt different and and so I bought in to with the products wanting to maybe sell it and the more that I used it on myself and my family the more I realized I have to have this in my back bar and so I wanted to do a comparison monthly for products because just like Julie said when someone tells me that they're saving my name like okay I mean a lot of times I believe that sometimes but I I did that three-month comparison for myself on my back Barbie I do as the stylists also want to use the very best product I want to have the most consistent results with every client across the board and I really honestly wasn't getting that from one line of professional products I had different things in my back bar and with my Nate however I once I made the switch completely with styling products with all of the different lines of shampoo I've honestly never had more consistent results across the board with all of my clients and all of their different hair and I am in love with it I love it and I I did save money when I did that three-month comparison which kind of surprised me initially and of course once I've used it more and more more and I see that it may you know seem expensive at first but it is similar to buying in bulk even though the the bottles aren't huge so that's another thing that people have kind of come back and they say constantly but I wouldn't I would not be selling a product that I did not fully believe in that I did not fully invest my everything and my money my heart is involved now with these ladies and with my clients and with my other team members and it really is it's amazing and and I would not say that I've never been involved with another MLM because of that reason I mean not that I don't think other things are great but for myself personally it's just a natural flow for what I do because like Sheila said I was already talking to my clients about the best products and educating them on how to use these products and now it's it's a win-win because my clients are happy I'm very happy with their hair and with the color results the results are amazing yes they truly are and again very consistent their colors lasting longer in their hair I'm using our crown jewelry juvenile in my color when I'm mixing it not only does that make their color shiny and their hair feel amazing but yeah again they're it's penetrating into their past their cuticle layer like it should and remaining inside their hair as it should yeah when you're shampooing there's no color in the bottom of your shower no terms are my perms are lasting longer I dislike doing perms but and thank God money is making it last longer so it's further time in between and I have to do that again but when we stand behind the chair for two and three hours at a time to finally have a product that is making our work look that much better and last that much longer and you know most of us our customers are spending I don't know hundred dollars for an amazing color and cut and I think initially people can think that this is an investment but when you break it down some of my ladies are using their bottles bottles for four and five Sigyn I'm sure not even kidding you're sure so I delete that from your head because you break that down that's less than 15 dollars a month to use the best product but naturally based on the market I mean you're gonna spend more on Pantene that is gonna go chair who I said a word if you love that product that's okay but what I'm saying is is it is absolutely affordable if not more affordable than things that you can get over the counter so correct even even a bottom dollar you know yeah Brianne from a drugstore yes truly so before I go to Tanya I we get a lot of static from people saying that money is not a professional product so just what what is what is a professional product what does that mean to you guys like what what what a professional product means me today is different than what it meant to me six months ago so I think it's different even from what it meant to style us several years ago because there are brands that were exclusive for stylists only to be bought and purchased by professional stylists that are now available at places that to market less professional if we're being I mean if we're being honest and the amount of money that as a stylist we used to be able to make selling that retail in our locations it's not the same as it once was I mean it used to be all right people are saying that you know that it that it can be sold that money can be sold by anyone well really it's kind of it's very exclusive I think I mean to me my professional products that I used to use are sold everywhere by everyone there's no exclusiveness to it anymore right right right and seven point less than seven percent of our distributors are stylists and for you know I've heard you know think about over the years people have not been an aesthetician which is the skincare specialist and sold skincare products there it's it's completely fine and for people that love this product that are not a cosmetologist to be preferring it to be recommending it because it is it's just it's all something that we love as individuals and all they're doing is sharing their love for the product you know it is not a coincidence that we have five hair stylists here that all love Monet we we've opened up we've given it a chance and it is it is by far better than anything I've ever used it's really like nothing I've ever used right right I agree and one more that isn't here today so Tania in my last questions for you um what steps did you take to ensure that your clients were getting a safe and professional product well I'm a skeptic as well and so I dug into researching I knew that my sister believed in the product she said she had great results with it you know I needed to try it so I set out on a journey a month and a half long journey of researching I was up till 1:00 and 2:00 in the morning I would in between clients it didn't matter it was night and day literally hundreds of hours were put into researching London kidding I wanted to press for this I wanted to prove that it was not what they said it was and so in the process of that all I did was find out that money is way more than I even thought so by researching it there were very few very few bad reviews and I researched to the end of every the two bad reviews I found and when I researched it I found out they weren't even true so with that then I thought okay that's it I'm gonna order my kit and I did I washed my hair and my before and afters I'm I was sold with one shampoo and I called my sister and I said one side naturally dry the other side with a blow dryer my hair was beautiful so I I started it on my back bar I knew that I had to try it on my clients so through the time I'm you know a month and a half I am researching this product and I find that there is only good in this product if you if you if you take your time and you and you research this tell them about the app that you have found so there there are apps that you could go to there are many think dirty is one of them and I'm not dirty so you can enter your professional product that you're using and you can see okay how professional is this or how safe is this for me I ingredients aren't important to me so I broke my knight down into the individual ingredients and down to the alcohol where it came from it's called small alcohol and it's an organic alcohol while our product is vegan and it is you know botanically and naturally least I still just because they told me that I wanted to be sure I wanted to be sure that it was when every client came and sat in my chair I wanted to say hey this product is safe for you because food is important to me health is important to me what I'm putting into my body so my hair my my salon it's kind of my last Avenue I thought I need to change things my night has changed that for me when I'm washing their hair I know that my research that I have done I am 100 percent sure there is no doubt in my mind that I am using the absolute safest hair care line in America and soon to be the number one haircare product in the United States yes I mean and that's what I looked at your other products when you when she got this app she started looking at some of the other products that she was using and what did you find about that all of my former products I mean I was using and again it's like you said I wasn't getting consistent results I was saying hey why isn't this working anymore and you know my oh what do you call it your rep that spells to you that's not a hair stylist my retro sales person told me well you know you probably are just immune to it you know you probably need to try something else and that's probably why it's not working so I wasn't getting consistent results across the board so I one night I just thought you know I'm gonna enter one of my products that I used to use all the time and see what it is it was a 9 out of 10 on toxicity level it messed with your reproductive system it messed with your respiratory system it was my favorite product that I used on everyone and I felt that I was making the safest choice because it was professional so when you buy from an MLM believe me I've never sold anything I've never been someone who said oh I just want to go out and sell things you know to make money I'm using money because I love it it works I stand behind the product and I want everybody out there that is thinking about trying it but spits hearing that well it's not safe let me tell you it's safer than any thing I have ever used and I'll stand behind that all day long so absolutely and I'm passionate about it if you if you have questions you can call me you've had someone contact you please reach out to them please get educated please try it for yourself and because if your customers if you're not using it your customers will be getting it from somebody else and you're gonna be using it yourself so it's time now to just go ahead and educate yourself and get on the train man okay what's exciting for me too about what Tonya was saying is I I haven't been someone that was researching ingredients per se before but with this app I'm excited to now start scanning everything all of it I want to find out what I'm putting in my body and and if it's toxic that's it's scary to think about you know putting things on our body and on our hair that will into our bloodstream in eight seconds that's what it is as soon as it touches your skin yeah within I think it's like putting it directly on your right ear I know it's sound it's very exciting to know now without a doubt that what we're using is safe not just safe but incredibly healthy and incredibly valuable for our client and their hair it had been many years since my vegan son would touch any products I saw he wouldn't use any of them he had to buy from health food store he now is using and loving my products and with that being said – I have a fun client her name is Bailey but she said I don't care what's in that money I love it toxic or it could be whatever is she said I love it she said nothing has ever made my hair manageable for it rocks and I thought okay so it's important to people you know in from different aspects so while we're really talking about the safety of it and I have researched that it is safe it also works amazingly it's not just safe yeah that's fantastic right and we Mon a company-wide has up like a point seven percent return rate and we know we sit here today you know we are telling you guys that we love this product we know it's not for everybody we just want you to be educated we want you to have the facts and if it's not for you that's that's okay I still love you yes okay well you know but we just want you to be educated it's all right so correct know one more thing that I thought was a fun fact that we just realized that we were on our path on a path to be a corrective if I'm around 300 million dollar company this year and within one month we went from that to being a 500 million dollar in sales for this year which is which is part of what's making us number one exactly good we had a four million dollar day um couple weeks a couple weeks ago so super exciting you guys in here yeah you're exciting it's a new it's a new company but year after year it is just it is growing leaps and bounds and leaps and bounds and what that tells you is when people use it they like it the percentage of people liking what they're using and they're not going well next time I'm going to try something else they want it the next month and the next month and the next month or if you're going for in five months which a lot of my clients do before ordering they're not they're not wanting to change yeah and with all of this growth but one thing that is not growing is the return rate it's staying less than 1% yeah and so I think that's fantastic didn't get the right stuff to begin with right and if you are looking for a business that you can do out of your home this is amazing and the we were talking about the scope of this market I mean if you are a human and you need to bathe we all need to shampoo and stuff you money is for you ethnic hair children's our children sign is ophthalmologist and that optometrist approved for its it's just oh is we have something for everybody so if you're looking for something to sell out of your house this is about the widest scope that you are going to come in contact with because we have something for everybody so and it's it you used it and it literally goes down the drain so it's a consumable product that people are going to need to repurchase and it's not just a one-time deal so I think it's amazing um if you're looking for an opportunity so exciting and as a stylist I have had other stylists say well you know I don't it anybody can purchase this or anybody can sell this well here is the thing that I love about my night majority of my clients signed up as VIPs to get a wonderful discount and free gift so what that does they're exclusive with me there every time they order this past weekend and whenever our our director said this it just kind of took me back for a minute she was interesting about our junior line our kids line and she said other tear free products on the market they're not actually too but yes they will not burn ice but the reason they don't is they have a numbing agent in them to numb those babies ice is the feeling so that's the only reason doesn't burn and that was crazy to me I mean I cannot I I couldn't believe it when she said it so so that they have chemicals in them that would learn were it not for the numbing agent where money the your babies products that you're using toddler type them in google it look and see what ingredients are in there and I would bet it's gonna be a nine out of ten on the toxicity level so who would who would have thought all right right thank you money for opening my eyes and also that we are made in America our facilities yeah our ingredients come from all over the world but we own our own distribution then our own manufacturing lab labs it's all only money products that are being it's so we can be conscious that we are pure on everything that there's no cross-contamination and the the world company and opportunity does it is given as some amazing friendships networking we are having a super fun all the time so in all walks walks a life we're all stylist but so many of my market partners are not sty right right and they come from all walks of life there are successful people to will say no mom is successful well I think did somebody say that only 7% of our company our stylists yes the five of us are stylists but that isn't the good news but that 7% is growing because let me tell you most of the stylists I know are coming on board because they're hearing it their customers are using it they're seeing the results so whether they were interested like Sheila before or not her clients were coming to her yeah with amazing results so what I do think that 7% is growing probably one of the things that I had kind of said earlier when we were talking about doing this video was you know as a stylist like we take a lot of pride in finding the right combination for our clients like that is part of what makes us a great stylist and so I know that you know and I think my hesitation initially to was you know what I it wasn't my idea I didn't find this and so just taking someone else's word for it it's hard to do and like that's not what we're asking you to do and and right like time you said doing that research and putting that time in but when you are consistently having clients come in that have bought their money from someone else or that they're using it take their word for it don't shut it down and don't hate on it just because it wasn't your idea you know really look at it and do yourself a favor truly and shampoo yourself with it because I I think it might change your mind as a stylist I love it and and like it like like we were saying less than seven percent so there's other people that are our head of rails in love with it and yeah they're doing the work so anybody else I think we've said our piece I think we've said it all thank
