[FR] BLANK CANVAS Tuto Maquillage | Simple Symphony ♡

Hi everyone and welcome to this new video in which I wanted to recreate a makeup look that has become quite popular on instagram lately The “blank canvas”. The idea behind this look is that we, makeup artist, are like a blank canvas that allows us to express our creativity. So here’s a picture of the person who created this makeup at first but as you probably noticed, my take on this look has absolutely nothing to do with the original. I don’t know what went through my mind whilst I was doing this makeup I wasn’t expecting it to end up like that, I don’t even know how to name it. So do not hesitate to tell me in comment what this look makes you think of. I started by covering my eyebrows. I always use glue pritt to do so, I feel like it is the least aggressive technique. I put a first coat on, then I make sure all my hair are all flatted on. I powder everything and I repeat the same process twice. Fell free to add more layers if you’ve got fuller eyebrows. Then I used this mac concealer with pink undertone to neutralize the dark color of my eyebrows and finally, I cover them with my usual foundation. Once I look completely silly with my hidden eyebrows, I carry on with the next step. So, I decided to stick these black gems from the gyspy shrine on my eyebrows. Since I had already applied my foundation, I only added some highlighter from Mac cosmetics. I then place gems just below my eyes and I feel like I already start to look a bit like alien. For the eyes, I put a base on the outer corner of my eyes to make sure the eyeshadow would be well pigmented on my lid afterwards. because I wanted to get a super black smokey eyes. I used a black eyeshadow from the jaclyn hill palette (morphe brushes) I first started by applying on the outer corner of my eyelids I blended it towards the inner corner of my eyes and I then blended it up to create a nice gradient with my skin. I used the same eyeshadow on my lower lashes and blended it. I also wanted to create a reminder with the same glitters that I had planned to apply on my chest so after laying a base, I applied some on it. Those glitters come from the website guilty sparkle and the gypsy shrine. To finish off with the eyes look, I draw a thick eye liner to get a cat eye effect and I added black pencil in my water line. I am now starting with the part that refers to the ‘blank canvas’ look. I first put a base of black sfx creme color from nyx cosmetics. I used grease paint to get a very intense color directly. You can also use water activated paint but you will probably have to lay several layers to get that pitch black. but, at least, you will have more ease to remove the makeup afterwards. I personnel struggled A LOT to remove all of that I forgot to put false eyelashes on, so that’s what I’m doing right here. Glitters time! I did not even laid a base to make them sticks better I found that it adhered quite well to my skin thanks to the black grease base. I let you imagine the state of the room in which I film all my videos after this step… I’ll probably find some black glitters everywhere in ten years. For dripping effect, I have used my usual foundatioN the “lock it” from Kat von D You can also make those drips with gelatin if you want to get more volume but it is a little riskier because you may end up with ugly demarcations with your actual skin. As you can see, it is really not that complicated, I put some foundation’s drips and I use a brush to make sure it is well blended with my skin. I finished off this look by applying sclera lenses and a wig, and there we go! Please give this video a thumbs up if you enjoyed it and don’t forget to subscribe to my channel ! Byyyyyyye
