Now we are going to apply the PRP or the plasma that is rich in their own platelets and we are going to micro-needle it into the skin. Is this okay? [Patient]
Yep, I don’t feel it. [Nurse]
You don’t feel it? [Patient]
Not going in no. [Nurse]
You doing okay? [Patient]
Yep. [Nurse]
You doing okay? [Patient]
Mmhmm. [Nurse]
You doing okay? [Patient]
Yep, I’m getting goosebumps. [Nurse]
The blood just starts to dry quickly so I’m trying to do the small sectional areas. [Nurse]
You doing okay? [Patient]
I’m good. [Nurse]
It’s too much. Is that okay? [Patient]
Mmhmm. [Nurse]
So after this is applied, it’s best to leave it on for 4 hours cause that’s how long it takes for that little micro-trauma to actually close. Umm, if somebody does this PRP micro-needling and then they wipe it off immediately, it’s pretty much a waste of your money. So best results, leave it on 4 hours, let that little micro-trauma area heal over, close so that way it traps the PRP into the area. And you’ll have maximum results within 4-8 weeks. [Nurse]
The nose tickles, mmhmm more so annoying if anything. Sorry, I’m going to move you. [Nurse]
So people like this treatment around the nose cause it actually helps to minimize pore size. [Nurse]
Look towards the window. [Nurse]
Tricks of trade so you don’t get it on their eye or in their nostril, use your finger.
