TRYING Troom Troom NAIL ART Part #2!! | Testing Out Troom Troom Nail Hacks! | The Polish Queen

In this video, I’m going to be trying
Troom Troom nail art hacks and seeing if they’re worth it or not. Let’s start! Hey
guys, it’s Clarice, welcome back to my channel. Ok so this is the video that I
picked out a few hacks to do, interesting thumbnail there, let’s see. So apparently
in this first one, what you do is you stamp geometric designs onto nails with a
white base and then you color them with markers. So that’s interesting let’s try
that out. Okay so I’m going to use the ring finger
and the pinky for this hack. I’m simply going to give the nail a base color of
white. I don’t really have any like geometric designs, but I can make
something work with what I have. So I’m just going to go ahead and stamp onto
the two nails these designs that I have, and let’s see what we can make work. Okay so I had a lot of fun stamping on
some random designs. You know I guess they look kind of cool just like this.
Secure it with a clear matte polish on top, and I’m guessing that’s matte top
coat. Oh this is my matte top coat from Essie. So the matte top coat has dried on
these two, now let’s try out the markers. Hmm. Well, what do we think? Hmm. I’m not
feeling real colorful at the moment but this is what I did. I’d say that if you
are trying to do some colors in a very detailed way then perhaps this would be
a good idea because they might be easier than polish in a sense. I’ll give this hack a 3 out of 5, it kind of worked. But what do you think about this design?
So for this next one, it’s kind of like that colorful scratch art on your nails.
So we’re going to paint a bunch of different colors. Rub a candle into the nail, what?
Dilute a graphite shade of gouache paint. Okay I looked that up. Gouache paint
seems to be kind of like between acrylic paint and watercolor. So I think I could
make something work with my black acrylic paint. And then you scratch away
the black paint to make the design, so that’s cool. Um let’s see if this works.
Apply a colorful nail polish in random patterns. So for colors I pick yellow,
white, blue, and orange. And I’ll add some white like they did. This has got to be the messiest looking nail art I’ve ever done.
Well we have to do this nail now. I thought we’d give this two different
tries. Well here are my masterpieces. Let’s let these dry. Rub a candle onto the
nail when the polish is dry. Well I have a little tea light candle, let’s see if this works. Well maybe this nail isn’t totally dry because this rubbing is kind
of wrecking it. Okay, let’s do this one. Okay it feels a little bit waxy, maybe that’s
what I’m supposed to do. So as I mentioned earlier, I don’t have any
gouache paint but I think that I can use acrylic paint. I hope this will work. So now we mix the soap into it. Wow this is interesting,
can you guys see that, it’s like a bubbly black. Well let’s just paint this on and
see how it goes. Hmm looks a lot like in the video. Alrighty let’s let these guys dry for 10 minutes. All right here we are, 10 minutes later, let’s see if this works. Uh maybe this isn’t dry enough. Oh look at that, it’s doing it a little bit. It’s working a little bit, look at that.
I think that the key might be to paint that black paint on in a thinner layer.
Okay I made this kind of scaly pattern. Let’s try something else here. Uh oh, it’s tearing up the peel off base coat. That’s kind of cool, you can see all the colors
under there. Hmm it doesn’t look as good as in the
video, but it kind of worked, like you can see the different colors. So would I
recommend this? I’d probably say yes, if you are patient enough to let it dry a
little bit more. But overall I think these came out okay, not terrible you
know. And it was kind of fun too. Hey guys, quick question. Is there a nail art hack
that you’ve seen around that you’d like me to try? You can tell me about it below,
I’d be happy to give it a try. Okay this is the next one, so it’s really weird,
it’s like these crayon nails or something. That’s really strange. Okay sure, I don’t know about this, let’s try though. So we need a white base, there
we go. Okay I’m just going to mix this brown in this peach color, hopefully
we’ll get something like that. That will be okay. I’m making this a purple crayon, so I’m
just going to add that little dot of color at the tip of the crayon. So for that glitter, I don’t have that fine loose glitter that they have, so I’m just going
to use my purple holo and just dab some on. There we are.
Hey I did crayon nails the other time with that mani swap with Kate. So I do
have this purple crayon, but it is a little bit big you know.
Yeah that’s way too big. They must have used something different. Oh it that a colored pencil? So I got
a purple color pencil. Um I think I’m just going to try to like break the tip off it
or something, oh there we go. What am I gonna use to glue this on? Well
let’s try a clear polish. This is so ridiculous. Look at that, doesn’t that
look so funny. Well do you want to see if it works? Let’s see.
I have a notepad. Wow look how well it works, that’s amazing. Wow look at this
masterpiece I drew everyone. Well guys, I’m going to have to give this
hack a 1 out of 5. I mean if I had to glue this on so strong that I could
actually draw with it, I probably have to use like hot glue or something or nail
glue and then I don’t think I could get it off very well. So yeah 1 out of 5 for
this hack. Well I hope you guys enjoyed. Tell me your thoughts on this video
below in the comments, and be sure to hit the bell because my next video I will be
using these She Modern Christmas decals that I got, and I’ll be doing a
compilation of designs with them, so be sure to hit the bell. And here are the

  6. That color pencil one was hilarious omg..! Expectations vs RealityπŸ˜‚But I really loved the freehand pencil nail art.. It looked so beautiful with that violet holo!πŸ’œπŸ˜

  7. I saw a really cool nail art "hack" recently that I’ve been wondering if it really works. So maybe you can try it first lol So here’s the instructions:

Paint the nails black and use liquid latex around the nail for easy cleanup. Place a nail vinyl on a nail art stamper and pat a shimmer/chrome powder onto the vinyl on the stamper. Take off the vinyl and there should be a pattern in chrome powder left. Stamp that on the nail and add top coat. You should be left with a chrome pattern on the nail.

It looked awesome in the video!

  8. Also, I saw a water marble hack that I’ve been wondering about too. They put a circle of water on a silicone nail art mat and somehow it stayed in that little circle. Then they dropped the polished in that circle and used a toothpick to make the design like you normally would when water marbling. BUT then they let the water dry and what was left was a perfect water marble decal that you can then place on your nail.

Idk, those are just a couple I thought of off the top of my head. Hope I gave you some Inspo!

  9. That crayon nail lol! I have done scratch-off Nails! I experimented and made a method! you paint your nails with colorful polish and then you add a little bit of dishes soap to black acrylic paint painted it on and let it dry and then you can scratch it away!πŸ˜„

  10. Wow the crayon nails looks so cool! It’s a shame that the pencil didn’t work but I loved the look of the crayon design on the nail. Amazing job β™₯️β™₯️β™₯οΈπŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–
