hey guys welcome back to my channel today i have a weekend vlog to share with all of you i know some of you have wanted to see what i do on a daily basis and it’s been two years or maybe even more that I’ve shared a vlog with you guys so it’s really happy to do this video so here we are it’s 8 a.m. on a weekend and I’m starting off my day with some makeup my makeup routine doesn’t change at all it’s something that’s quick and easy that I can slap on within 5 minutes and I’m ready to go and many of you also know that I am a student so as a student you may relate with me on this one that I have been eating way too much carbs and sweets while I study and I started noticing that I’ve been putting on some weight recently so for the last month I really tried to be a little bit more active in between my study breaks and I’m going to share with you all of that later on in the video but I’m going to finish off my makeup here [Music] and by about 9:00 a.m. I go into doing a few sets of stretches stretching out my muscles and for breakfast I start off my morning with skinny mints super fat burning gummies these are the supplements I’ve been taking for the last 30 days and they’ve been working pretty well I’m quite impressed the first one is the powerup green coffee bean espresso flavor it tastes like coffee but it doesn’t have any caffeine and then I follow that up with a small breakfast I’m not a huge breakfast person so here I am cutting up some peaches I think peaches are in season right now they’re so delicious so I’m cutting some of that up one thing I have changed over the last month is to reduce my coffee intake because I drink way too much coffee and I’ve been drinking this 28 day detox instead it tastes like berries and I love how I feel less bloated in the mornings now that I drink this so it’s become part of my morning ritual and here you can see that I’m taking out the gummies to show you there are two sets and the other one I take in the late afternoon I 10:00 a.m. here you can see I am enjoying my peaches doing a little bit of studying and drinking my tea and usually after I study I got super hungry so I made myself some curry with hamburger steak and right afterwards this is one penny and I go for our daily jog she knows exactly when we have to go outside and by around 3:00 p.m. I end my day with the night cleanse detox this is the second she that I drink every other night so I’m pouring it in and taking it upstairs to continue my studies and that basically is what I do almost every weekend if you’re not a big tea drinker I suggest that you try because it’s a really good way of calming you down as a study or as you work so it’s something that was great in my new routine and then I end everything off with the second set of gummies this is the hunger Buster in the pineapple flavor so that is it I hope you enjoyed my weekend routine thank you so much for watching bye
